- How to Reach Us: Either respond directly to your order confirmation email or create a new help ticket through our support system.
- Provide the Necessary Information: To help us update your event promptly, please include:
- Event Name
- Full Address of the new location (if rescheduling to a different venue)
- New Date and Time (if rescheduling)
2. Work Quickly to Avoid Incorrect Automations
- It’s crucial that we work together swiftly to prevent any automated messages from being sent to your original RSVPs about the cancelled or rescheduled event.
- Keywave Digital will update your event’s status in our system:
- If the event is rescheduled, we’ll move your prospects to the new time.
- If the event is cancelled, we’ll stop any further automated messages from being sent.
3. Inform Your Attendees of the Update
- After our team has processed your request, it will be your responsibility to reach out to all attendees to inform them of the change.
- For rescheduled events, provide the updated time, location, and any other key details in your communication with attendees.

4. Automated Messages Will Update
- Once the change is finalized, our system will automatically update all future event-related messages and reminders to reflect the new date, time. Automation will be stopped if the event is cancelled.
