Steps to Add an Agent
Submit a Ticket
Please log in to our client portal and create a ticket with the following details. This helps us understand how billing and responsibilities will be structured for the new agent.
Include the following information in your ticket:
- Who is covering the Eventfull monthly subscription for the agent?
(Specify if you, as the agency owner, are covering this, or if the agent will be paying directly.)
- Who is covering the seminar campaign service fees?
(Specify whether the agency or the agent will be responsible for these fees.)
- Who is covering the advertising budget?
(Specify whether this budget will be paid by you or the agent directly.)
- Agent's Contact Information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
This information will determine how we set up the account and manage billing moving forward.
Onboarding the New Agent
Once we receive the ticket with the required details, the agent being added will need to complete a few additional steps to get fully onboarded:
- Onboarding Form:
The agent will need to fill out our onboarding form. We will send them the link and instructions once you’ve submitted the ticket.
- Onboarding Call:
The agent will also need to book an onboarding call. During this call, we’ll cover essential aspects of using the platform effectively and answer any questions they may have.
Tip for Agency Owners: Please inform the new agent to watch for our outreach emails and be responsive, as timely communication will ensure a smooth onboarding process and prevent any potential delays from getting their campaign started.
