If you need to cancel your subscription, we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Simply follow the steps below:
Steps to Cancel
- Submit a Ticket:
Log in to the client portal and create a ticket. Let us know you'd like to cancel your subscription, and we’ll take it from there.
- Notice Period:
As outlined in your signed marketing agreement, we kindly ask for at least 5 days' notice before your subscription renews. If that’s not possible, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is needed to process the cancellation in time. Otherwise, the subscription will renew and won’t qualify for a refund.

Important Considerations
- Access to Eventfull:
Once your subscription is canceled, access to your Eventfull account will end. To avoid losing valuable information, we recommend exporting any leads you’d like to keep.
- Impact on Services:
- Nurture Sequences: All ongoing nurture sequences will be turned off.
- Tracking Phone Number: Your tracking phone number with A2P verification will be deactivated.
If You Decide to Return, we’d be happy to welcome you back! However, please note:
- You will be subject to a new account setup fee, as detailed in your signed marketing agreement.
- The A2P application will need to be resubmitted and will incur additional A2P application fees.
