When you drag an opportunity card into your pipeline's “Attended Seminar” stage, it triggers a follow-up automation. This is turned on for all accounts by default.

The automation that gets triggered from this action:
1. Appointment Request
Message 1:
Three hours after you add them to the Attended pipeline stage (sent during business hours)
- The message asks if they are interested in booking an appointment.
- If “Yes,” the prospect receives another message telling them to book a call via your booking link.
- If “No,” the prospect receives another Message thanking them for letting you know and that they can still call you to schedule an appointment if they are interested.
Message 2:
Sent if no reply is received to Message 1 (sent one day after Message 1, during business hours)
- The message asks if they are interested in an appointment.
- If “Yes,” the prospect receives another message telling them to book a call via your booking link.
- If “No,” the prospect is thanked for letting you know and receives no more communications from this sequence.
- If No Response to Message 2 is received, no more messages are sent.
Message 3:
Sent if no reply is received to Message 3 (sent one day after Message 2, during business hours)
- The message asks if they are interested in an appointment one last time since you haven’t heard from them.
- If no response to Message 3 is received, no more messages are sent.
2. Review Request
Message 1:
Two days after you add them to the Attended pipeline stage (sent during business hours)
- The message thanks them for attending and asks if they are willing to leave a review on your Facebook page/ Google My Business listing (link included in the message)
