When you move an opportunity card into your pipeline's "Attended" stage, two separate automations run in parallel: one to follow up with the contact about next steps, and one to request a Google review. These automations are active for all accounts by default.
Both sequences run the same way across all pipelines. The workflow stops automatically if the contact replies at any point.

Medicare | Medicare Events |
Estate Planning | Estate Planning |
Retirement | Medicare Events and Financial Events |
The automation that gets triggered from this action:
1. Follow-Up Request
Message 1:
Sent via Email, 3 hours after the contact is moved to the Attended stage (sent during business hours)
- The email invites them to connect for a follow-up conversation. They are prompted to reply "Yes" or "No."
- It asks the contact about their specific situation.
- If the contact replies at any point in this sequence, the workflow stops immediately and no further messages are sent.
Message 2:
Sent via Email if no reply is received to Message 1 (sent 24 hours after Message 1, during business hours)
- A follow-up email in case the first message was missed, again asking if the contact would like to connect.
- If the contact replies, the workflow stops immediately.
Message 3:
Sent via Email if no reply is received to Message 2 (sent 50 hours after Message 2, during business hours)
- A final check-in. No further messages are sent after this step regardless of response.
- If contact does not respond - they are automatically entered to Long Term Nurture.
2. Google Review Request
The review request runs in parallel with the appointment sequence, starting 2 days after the contact is moved to the Attended stage.
Note:
This is not set up by default. This sequence only runs if a Google review link has been configured for your account. If no link is set, the workflow ends automatically with no messages sent. If you would like to enable this please submit a support ticket.
Message 1:
Sent via Email, 2 days after the contact is moved to the Attended stage (sent during business hours)
- Thanks the contact for attending and asks if they would be willing to leave a Google review. Includes step-by-step instructions and the review link.
Message 2:
Sent via Email, 1 day after Message 1 (during business hours)
- A short follow-up thanking the contact for attending and asking if they would be willing to leave a quick review, with the review link included.
