When you drag an opportunity card into your pipeline's “Did Not Attend” stage, it triggers a follow-up automation. This is turned on for all accounts by default.

The automation that gets triggered from this action:
Message 1:
Three hours after you add them to the Did Not Attend pipeline stage (sent during business hours)
- The message asks if they are interested in booking an appointment.
- If “Yes,” the prospect receives another message telling them to book a call via your booking link.
- If “No,” the prospect receives another Message thanking them for letting you know.
Message 2:
Sent if no reply is received to Message 1 (sent one day after Message 1, during business hours)
- The message asks if they are interested in an appointment.
- If “Yes,” the prospect receives another message telling them to book a call via your booking link.
- If “No,” the prospect is thanked for letting you know and receives no more communications from this sequence
- If No Response to Message 2 is received, no more messages are sent.
Message 3:
Sent if no reply is received to Message 2 (sent one day after Message 2, during business hours)
- The message asks if they are interested in an appointment.
- If “Yes,” the prospect receives another message telling them to book a call via your booking link, or to call your phone number to schedule a time.
- If “No,” the prospect is thanked for letting you know. They are sent the sign-up page link to sign up for a future event, and then receive no more communications from this sequence
- If No Response to Message 3 is received, the prospect is asked one more time if they are interested in a follow up appointment, and are sent the sign-up page link again to sign up for a future event if they are interested.
