How can we help? 👋

Did Not Attend Automation

Automated follow-ups for contacts who didn’t attend your seminar.

When you move an opportunity card into your pipeline's "Did Not Attend" stage, the system removes the contact from any other active workflows, updates their Attend Status field, and begins the follow-up sequence. This automation is active for all accounts by default.

The sequence runs the same way across all pipelines: 3 emails sent over approximately 3 days, stopping automatically if the contact replies at any point.

The automation that gets triggered from this action:

Message 1:

Sent via Email, 3 hours after the contact is moved to the Did Not Attend stage (sent during business hours)

  • The email acknowledges the missed seminar and invites the contact to reconnect.
  • They are prompted to reply to let you know where they stand.
  • If the contact replies at any point in this sequence, the workflow stops immediately and no further messages are sent.

Message 2:

Sent via Email if no reply is received to Message 1 (sent 24 hours after Message 1, during business hours)

  • A follow-up email is sent in case the first message was missed, again offering to connect and help.
  • If the contact replies, the workflow stops immediately.

Message 3:

Sent via Email if no reply is received to Message 2 (sent 50 hours after Message 2, during business hours)

  • A final email is sent as a last check-in. The contact is clearly told this is the last outreach attempt and is invited to reply if they'd like to reconnect.
  • No further messages are sent after this step regardless of response.
