Occasionally, on smaller devices like tablets or compact laptops, there may not be enough screen space to fully access the message box in the Conversations tab. If you’re unable to view or respond to messages, follow these steps:
- Minimize Side Tabs: Use the minimize button on the side panels, as shown in the image, to create more space for the conversation area.
- Expand the Message Box: Click the expand button below the message area to increase the space for typing responses.
- Consider Using a Larger Device: If minimizing and expanding don’t resolve the issue, try accessing the Conversations tab from a desktop or larger screen laptop for a more comfortable view.
These adjustments should give you the room needed to see the message box and respond effectively.
