Yes, we can target only individuals turning 65 (T65) for your seminar. However, our default recommendation—and what we typically do—is to target individuals aged 64 and older.
This broader targeting approach helps ensure a sufficient audience size, as limiting the audience strictly to T65s may not provide enough reach, especially in smaller or less populated areas. In larger cities with higher populations, T65-only targeting can sometimes work effectively, but expanding to 64+ generally yields better results for most campaigns.
