When Does Marketing Begin and RSVPs Start Coming In?

Timeline for when your seminar marketing efforts will begin.

Our marketing campaigns are designed to optimize attendance by launching 14-16 days before your event. We’ve found this timing to be ideal for ensuring the best turnout—starting too far in advance can lead to lower attendance as people may forget or change their plans by the time the event date arrives.

 

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Ad Campaign Launch:
      • Ads go live 14-16 days prior to your event, allowing us to capture interest while keeping the event top-of-mind for attendees.
  1. RSVP Timing:
      • RSVPs generally start to come in within 3 days of the campaign launch, with numbers increasing as the event date approaches.
  1. Review Onboarding Materials:
      • If this is your first seminar with us, reviewing the onboarding videos will give you a detailed overview of the campaign timeline and set clear expectations.
 

If your campaign has been active for a few days and you still haven’t received RSVPs, please submit a ticket so we can check on the progress.
