Step 1: Set Up a Sign-In Sheet (Optional)
Place a sign-in sheet in a visible location. Politely encourage attendees to sign in, without being forceful. This can help you track acquisition, attendance, and ROI.
Step 2: Use Permission to Contact (PTC) Forms
Place PTC forms at each attendee’s seat. At the end of the seminar, ask attendees to fill out the form if they want more information or assistance. You can also leave your business card with the form, as CMS now permits this practice.
Step 3: Engage Attendees Not Yet Eligible for Medicare
Some attendees may already have Medicare or may not be eligible for a few months. Use this opportunity to start building a relationship and maintain contact. This will help you build your pipeline for when they are eligible to move forward.
