What to Expect During Onboarding and Initial Setup
Our onboarding process is designed to set you up for success and ensure a smooth start to your seminar marketing campaigns. Here’s an overview of what you can expect in the first steps.
1. Sign-up & Completing Your Onboarding Form
Once you’ve signed up and completed your payment, our team will reach out within two business days to welcome you. You’ll receive an onboarding form that helps us gather essential details about your business and account preferences. Completing this form as soon as possible allows us to set up your Eventfull account. After submitting the form, you’ll be prompted to schedule your onboarding call, where we’ll guide you through the platform and answer any initial questions.


2. Onboarding Videos
After completing the onboarding form, you’ll have access to a set of onboarding videos. These videos cover important insights on seminar best practices, including venue selection, timing, and overviewing Eventfull. While it’s not required to watch them before your onboarding call, we highly encourage it, as they provide valuable context that will help you get the most out of your call.

3. Setting Up Your Eventfull Account
As soon as you complete the onboarding form, we’ll start setting up your Eventfull account, regardless of whether you have a seminar date booked yet. This initial setup includes adding your details and preparing the platform so you’re ready to start managing RSVPs and communications. By having your account ready, we can give you a full walkthrough during the onboarding call, making it easier to get started.
4. Onboarding Call
During your scheduled onboarding call, a Success Manager will walk you through the Eventfull platform, set expectations, and answer any questions you may have. This call is designed to help you feel confident and prepared to use the platform and our services effectively.
5. A2P Application (If SMS Is Selected)
If you choose to include SMS messaging as part of your marketing strategy, we’ll initiate the A2P application on your behalf. The onboarding form will explain A2P registration requirements, and by electing SMS, you are authorizing us to submit this application. This registration ensures that SMS notifications are sent in a compliant and reliable way. We’ll confirm submission and provide any follow-up information if required.
6. Ongoing Check-Ins
Throughout your campaign, our team will stay in touch to ensure everything is running smoothly. We’ll check in at key points to offer support, gather feedback, and address any questions you may have.
