Refund and Cancellation Policies for Seminars

Details on our seminar refund and cancellation policy.

No Refunds on Seminar Campaign Fees

Per Section 10.1 of the marketing agreement you signed, all seminar campaign fees are non-refundable once paid.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

If you decide to cancel a seminar campaign within 24 hours of submitting your order and payment, we will provide a full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee. After this period, work on your campaign begins immediately, and refunds are no longer available.

Policy for Unforeseen Circumstances

If unforeseen circumstances arise, you have the option to reschedule or cancel an event. For instructions on how to proceed with these changes and to ensure accurate communication with attendees, please refer t

Advertising Budget Considerations for Rescheduled Events

If you choose to reschedule your seminar:

  • Advertising Budget Status: Any advertising budget already spent for the original date is non-refundable. For the new date, you may need to allocate additional budget to promote the event effectively.
  • No Additional Budget Needed: If you’re satisfied with contacting only the leads generated from the original campaign and asking if they can attend the new date, no extra advertising fees will be required.
